Changes Are Coming!

Ever heard of a trust fall? You know—the kind where someone stands behind you and you fall back, believing they’ll catch you?


Well, Chase and I are doing exactly that… with you. We’re standing here, arms out, falling backwards with full belief that you will catch us.


Because big changes are coming to The Wellness Center—and it all hinges on trust.


We have finally launched our after-hours access to our facility. Yep, that means if you’re an active, paid member, you’ll be able to come in from 4 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sundays will remain a day of rest.


This is a huge leap. One that opens the doors (literally) to flexibility, consistency, and progress in your wellness journey. But with that freedom comes responsibility.

We’ve put together an after-hours contract. Before we hand you the keys (or rather, the phone app), we need you to know what’s expected. Because here at The Wellness Center, good fences make great neighbors, and clear communication protects the relationships we’re building.

Please read the full contract below—and remember: this is about more than access. It’s about trust. You'll be required to come to the center and sign this contract before getting the app that grants access.


Access Terms

The Wellness Center grants Clients after-hours access to use pod rooms and the restroom only, for the duration of their scheduled appointment. No access is permitted to the front desk or back room areas. This privilege is contract-based and may be revoked at any time for violations.

Appointment Requirement

All pod sessions require a scheduled appointment. You will be required to choose a 'Staff Member' which is actually a pod room.  You must use the room you choose. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late forfeit their session. Please respect those scheduled after you. Changes must be made through the client app or website—no staff is available after hours.

Access via App

Clients must use the supplied phone app to enter the building. If there are multiple people in your party, each individual must swipe in using their own phone app. Do not open the door for others. Doing so may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund. If you're bringing in a child with an appointment and you manage their appointments, one swipe to get both people in is sufficient. 

Children & Supervision

No unsupervised children are allowed at any time.

  • Children 11 and under may not be in the pod rooms without a parent or legal guardian physically present in the room.

  • Youth ages 12 to 17 may use the pods alone.

  • All individuals regardless of age are permitted only if they have:

    • An active membership

    • A signed waiver on file

    • Prior pod experience (no first-time appointments allowed during after-hours)Their parent or legal guardian must also be inside the facility—either in the waiting area or in their own session.

Pod Room Rules

  • You must use the pod assigned to you at the time of your appointment.

  • Only one pod session is allowed every 24 hours per client; exceeding this may be harmful.

  • If Wi-Fi is down, basic protocols can still be accessed from the control pad inside each pod. This does not constitute a right to refund.

  • All pod users must complete a waiver and attend an in-person orientation prior to their first session. Sharing access or allowing unauthorized use will result in revoked privileges.

Music Guidelines

  • Music is only available through the pod itself.

  • You are welcome to bring your own music source (e.g., phone and earbuds).

  • The right music is essential to maximizing the benefits of your session. Choose something calming, rhythmic, or emotionally uplifting.

Safety Disclaimer

Clients use the facility at their own risk. No safety or security is guaranteed for you, your guests, your personal property, or your vehicle. By accessing the facility after hours, you accept full responsibility.

Video Surveillance

Security cameras monitor the facility entrance and common areas outside pod rooms. No surveillance occurs inside pod rooms. Tampering with or disabling surveillance systems may result in permanent revocation of membership and legal action.

Pods

Any tampering of the pods including but not limited to attempts to disasemble or manipulate the access pad will result in legal action. 

Confidential Entry

Clients are expected to keep access methods via the phone app confidential. Do not share your app login or allow others to use your phone to gain access.

After-Hours Availability

After-hours access is limited to the following times:

  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Saturday: 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed

Please note: Regular business hours are posted at the facility and online. After-hours availability may change at any time without notice. An appointment must be scheduled before arriving.

Limitations of Service

There is no customer service, technical support, or staff available after hours. Clients should expect to operate independently and responsibly. If issues arise, support will be available during regular hours only. In case of an emergency, call 911.

Reminder

All terms outlined in your signed waiver also apply during after-hours use. This includes safety practices, hygiene standards, pod protocols, and facility expectations. It is your responsibility to follow all rules.


Now, a few real talk moments from me (Laura):

The pods aren’t just cool gadgets—they're medical devices, designed to stimulate healing, regulate inflammation, and support mental and physical recovery. We’ve trained extensively to help you use them safely and effectively. That’s why first-time appointments are only allowed during staffed hours. We need to make sure you know how to use the pods properly, for your safety and for optimal results.


And here’s something I never thought I’d say: I’m not even that worried about someone walking off with our computer. I am worried about someone bringing a friend in “just to try” the pod without the intake, the waiver, the protocol, the care. That kind of shortcut could hurt someone. And we’re not willing to risk it—not with your health, not with our mission.


So this is the trust fall. We’re trusting that you’ll follow the contract. That you’ll treat our space and our protocols with respect. That you’ll protect what we’ve built so we can keep expanding access to it.


We’re doing this because we deeply care about your health and wellbeing. And we’re incredibly excited to offer this new opportunity.
