What is Red Light Therapy and How Does it Work?

Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive therapy that utilizes specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function and promote healing in the body.

The red lights used with this therapy penetrates the skin, deep into the tissues, and are absorbed by the cells, which then triggers a series of biochemical reactions that enhance cellular energy production and reduce inflammation. Red Light Therapy can relieve anxiety, but can also improve the appearance of your skin, reduce pain and inflammation, and enhance muscle recovery.

A Systemic Review of Photobiomodulation (PBMT) for mood disorders from November 21, 2022 revealed “Based on grade practice recommendations, PBMT can be classified as strongly recommended for moderate grade of major depressive disorder (MDD) and recommended for anxiety disorder.”

Discover what Photobiomodulation can do for you with our state-of-the-art Whole Body pods. Our medical-grade devices are the gold standard in red light technology, and offers full coverage for the best possible outcomes. Using this non-invasive, natural approach as an adjunct therapy to your care plan can increase your level of relief and healing for improved tranquility, clarity, and increased energy.
