What to Expect When Using the Red Light Pod
Before Your Session
💧 Hydration matters – Drink water before and after your session to support circulation and detox pathways.
⏰ Be on time – Sessions start promptly. Arriving late may shorten your session so we can stay on schedule.
👕 What to wear – Less clothing = more light exposure. Undergarments or nude is ideal (your comfort always comes first).
In the Pod
🎵 Music matters – Please use the music provided in the room. Our selections are chosen to support relaxation and nervous system regulation during your session.
😌 Relax, breathe, and allow your body to fully receive the session.
Protocol Guidance
📆 Every other day is recommended for best results.
🕒 A minimum of 24 hours between sessions is required.
🔁 Consistency matters – Stay with the same protocol.
🧭 When you feel ready to change protocols, please speak with staff first so we can guide adjustments.
Course Expectations
✅ 6 sessions is the minimum needed to know if a protocol is helping.
⭐ 12 sessions of the same protocol is considered a standard course for optimal outcomes.
Appointments & Cancellations
📅 Appointments are required for all sessions.
🚫 Please cancel or reschedule within the required window to avoid losing the session.

After-hours access agreement
After-Hours / Mobile Access (recommended)
🔐 After signing the agreement, Brivo will email you instructions.
📧 This email will:
Prompt you to download the Brivo app
Provide credentials to use your phone as your door key
🕓 After-hours access works only when you have a scheduled appointment.
After Your Session
🚪 Please leave your pod room door open when finished so staff can properly ventilate and reset the space.
💧 Continue hydrating post-session.
